Seattle, USA - Friday, January 21 to Sunday January 30, 2011 - upper concourse - booth 2120 - see John, Karen & Will. John & Karen will also be presenting a seminar several times during the show: 'SELF STEERING – YOUR BEST NEW CREW MEMBER'. Karen provides the woman’s viewpoint.
